What happens in the consultation?

After you book, CanDace contacts you to schedule it. You go over what is happening in the space, its history, what you want cleared, and what needs to be done in the home beforehand so the clearing can fully take. The consultation is part of the service — it is not billed separately.

Do I need to be home during the clearing?

It depends on the space and what is being cleared. This is decided together during the consultation — some clearings are stronger with the household present, others are better done in a quiet, empty home.

What areas do you serve?

Clearings are done in person in Detroit and the surrounding Metro Detroit area. For locations further out, reach out and CanDace will let you know what is possible.

Can you clear a business, studio, or rental?

Yes. Homes, apartments, studios, offices, retail spaces, and new builds are all cleared using the same square footage pricing. For rentals, please make sure you have permission to have the work done.

Should I book a clearing or a session for myself?

If the heaviness follows you everywhere, start with a session for yourself. If it lives in one place — a room, a house, a building — start with a clearing. If you are not sure which, a 1:1 intuitive session is a good way to find out.
